Payne shot the best score off the stick in A grade, carded the best gross score of all four rounds in any grade and fired the lowest net score in the first two rounds on top of receiving the Ruth Williams Memorial Trophy, awarded to the golfer with the lowest net score over all four rounds.

Other golfers to shine included Gillian Storey, who finished with the best B grade gross and net scores as well as taking day one and two putting honours and finishing nearest the pin on day three. A grade runner-up, Sheralee Sheedy impressed, while Lainie Eikenhout received the Medal of Medals, awarded to the golfer boasting the best round one net score.

The Club’s deep gratitude goes to Retravision Yass for their continued support. Special thanks must go to Matthew Waters, who was on hand to present the winners with their prizes.
