Anzac Day services in Yass Valley

Returned service men and women, along with those still serving in the forces will be recognised across the Yass Valley on Wednesday.

Binalong

10.30am: morning service at the War Memorial Gardens.

Gundaroo

5.30am: dawn service at the WWI Memorial on the corner of Lute and Cork Streets.

Gunning

5.45am: dawn service at the cenotaph followed by breakfast provided by the Gunning Lions.

10.45am: Anzac march.

11am: commemorative service at the cenotaph.

Murrumbateman

9.30am: commemorative service at Jones Park followed by morning tea at the Murrumbateman Inn.

Wee Jasper

9.45am: Anzac march from eastern side of Wee Jasper bridge.

10.30am: commemorative service at the Memorial Hall followed by a morning tea.

Yass

5.45am: dawn service at the cenotaph in Comur Street followed by a free gunfire breakfast at the Soldiers Club.

10.30am: Anzac march.

11am: commemorative services at the cenotaph.

12.30pm: lunch at the Soldiers Club.
