No doctor, again

The Tribune has just been advised that there is no doctor on duty at Yass Hospital for most of today, Thursday June 14.

From 8am this morning until 6pm this evening, there will be no doctor available.

Local GP clinics were advised late on Wednesday.

In these situations, Southern NSW Local Health District endeavours to ensure the nurse practitioner is rostered on.

Patients are still advised to attend Yass Hospital where they will be triaged and transported to another hospital by ambulance if necessary. The ambulance service will also redirect patients to other hospitals, such as Canberra and Goulburn hospitals.
