The Binalong Brahmans and Jersey Girls held their 2014 Presentation night at the Binalong Hall on Saturday night. Brahmans President Michael Brayshaw addressed the large attendance and thanked his committee, supporters, players and particularly the two Captains in Chris Rawlinson and Tony Worthy for another very successful year.

“I am more than confident that we will field a 2015 team, albeit in a revised competition” Michael commented. “We may have to move more to the west, but we must do this as I believe Rugby League in this part of the country is dying a slow death," he concluded.
Top awards went to Jersey Girls’ Bron Pollack as “players-player”, Best & Fairest for the Brahmans was Scott Naughton. The Greg Bourlet Memorial Trophy went to Rueben Olah as did the “Kiosk Award”. The ‘Coaches award’ was shared by Phil Sparnon and Shaun Davis.
Rookie of the year was Alex Waters, best forward Tony Worthy; best back went to Matt Lawrence. The Brahmans 2014 Players Player went to Craig Irwin and Billy Arabin won the Club Person of the year. The sports writer’s awards went to Rueben Olah and Lisa Smith.
