Pumas coach Daniel Hourcade will take a side to Mendoza missing the 120 Test caps' worth of experience of veteran back rowers Juan Martin Fernandez Lobbe and Jean Manuel Leguizamon they boasted on the Gold Coast three weeks ago.

Lobbe has flown back to his base in France to join his wife and newborn child, while Leguizamon will miss his second Test after injuring a calf muscle in the side's 32-25 loss to the Wallabies.

Benjamin Macome, with 14 Tests under his belt, moves from No.6 to No.7 to replace Lobbe, while Rodrigo Baez, on 14 caps, will start at No.6.

In the front row, Nahuel Tetaz Chaparro comes in at tighthead prop, while second rower Tomas Lavanini plays his first Test against the Wallabies after serving a one-week ban for a dangerous charge against the All Blacks.

In the backs, Martin Landajo returns to the No.9 jersey after starting off the bench against New Zealand in the side's 34-13 loss at La Plata last week.

Nicolas Sanchez starts again at five-eighth, while outside centre Horacio Agulla returns to the starting line up outside 48-Test No.12 Juan Martin Hernandez.

Manuel "La Pantera" Montero, who scored a try against the Wallabies, drops out of the match day squad, replaced by 37-Test winger Lucas Gonzalez Amorosino.

The Wallabies do not name their side until Thursday in Mendoza, and have still not made a firm decision on the availability of Matt Toomua or Rob Simmons, although both trained with the side in a light session in Buenos Aires on Tuesday.

Newcomers Will Skelton and Jake Schatz also trained with the squad for the first time since arriving in Argentina on Monday night.

Earlier on Tuesday, five-eighth Bernard Foley said the squad was delighted to have received their luggage after the entire haul of 40-plus bags and cases went missing somewhere between Sao Paulo, Brazil, and Buenos Aires.

"It's all here - we think," Foley said.

"Our personal stuff is. I'm not sure if they've counted all the team stuff, but I think it's all accounted for. Blokes are pretty happy to get their suits off and their black shoes (off).

"I don't think it really put us out too much. [Monday] was a down day, a recovery day, so a lot of guys just tried to get their sleeping patterns and routines back in order.

"Everything's on track."
