Congratulations to Mr Samuel Graham for winning first place in the Bowning Progress Association Raffle. Mr Graham has won two beautiful pieces by our local artist Rosalie Jones. Second place went to Mr Jim Wheeler who has won an Annika Jug donated by ‘Mayfield Mews’. Congratulations to you both and thank you to all who supported and continue to support the Bowning community.
At 10am this Sunday a service will be held at St James Church followed by morning tea at the Rollonin Café.
Next Wednesday October 29, the Yass Mobile Library will be at Edith’s General Store from 3-4pm.
A call for the end of year book prize donations are here once again, each year students with outstanding accomplishments receive a book. Books are valued between $10-15 and are a valuable remembrance for the students.
Good Luck to upper division who are going on their school camp next week at The Berry Sports and Recreation Centre. The students will be leaving Wednesday at 8am and returning Friday at 4pm. What a wonderful adventure!
