For just the second time since 2008, Yass managed two home wins from two games in one day.

It unfolded on Saturday at Walker Park against the University of Canberra, in what were poor conditions for football.
A number of players were again required to play two matches, but the hosts handled it better than they did last week, winning the division six game 5-0 and the division five match-up 5-1.
Yass' day got off to a flyer when striker Ryan Betts scored his first of a hat-trick within the first thirty seconds of the division six fixture.
The visitors were shell-shocked but it would be just a taste of a long day at the office for the Pumas.
Along with Betts' trio of goals, Jarrad Porter and Brendan Heat found the back of the net in the first game.
Betts' strong performance meant he cleaned up in the Players' Player polling.
Despite some tired legs, Yass' strong form continued into the division five fixture.
Porter continued his impressive day out bagging a brace as did Brett Darmody, who played around 180 minutes of football on Saturday. Mitch Darmody also slotted home a goal early in the match.
Central midfielder John Mannweiler was Players' Player.
Coach Gary Lennon was impressed by the performance.
"It wasn't perfect and there's definitely things to work on but I was definitely happy with what I saw," he told the Tribune.
"We had a number of players back up again as well and they seemed to handle that a bit better than last week, so it's all positive signs."
Matches against ADFA on July 26, 2008 and games against Tuggeranong United and Brindabella in 2009 are the only other occasions where Yass has registered two wins in the one day at home.
Including away games, the double has been achieved only five times in the club's history.
"It's good to get the double, was something nice to celebrate, but the season's a long one so we've just got to hope we can do it a few more times this year," Lennon said.
The women's sides continued their horror start to the season, with division three losing 6-0 and division four losing 4-1, both against Belnorth outfits.
The division three Belnorth side was coming off a 14-0 thumping of Tuggeranong and while Yass stayed in touch for as long as possible, the Canberra side's class showed in the end.
Rebecca McLean got the only goal for Yass on Sunday, which came in the division four fixture, but also collected a yellow card for her efforts.
On Saturday the Yass men will take on two Woden Valley sides at Kambah and the ladies will travel to Kaleen for their games on Sunday afternoon.
