The Yass Netball Association sent their under-12s representative team down the highway on Sunday morning to participate in the 2015 Wagga Wagga Netball Carnival.

Despite the early start and conditions dipping to -5 degrees Celsius, the girls took to the court with determination and enthusiasm which showed throughout the day.
With some hard fought contests, Yass showed that all their hard training had paid off.
Coach Vitler had nothing but praise for the focus and motivation shown both on and off the court. She also said that the girls had put a huge effort into listening and working on areas they had been concentrating on and this delivered great results.
This was proven when the girls came away from Wagga undefeated. It was smiles all round as they were presented with medals as the Under-12s Champions for the day. This is a great foundation for the team particularly as they prepare for the 2015 NSW State Age Championships being held in late June in Sydney. A huge congratulations to the girls and Coach Vitler.
