The incident occurred sometime between 7.15pm on Saturday and 9am on Sunday.
The blinds were destroyed and there was minor smoke damage to the ceiling.
The crime was discovered by church-goers attending the Sunday service.
A 28-year-old Yass man and a 27-year-old Yass man have both been charged with intimidation.
The pair picked up a man from Yass McDonalds on July 1 at 1.30am and drove him to the Yass Railway Station where they threatened to assault him over money.
The 28-year-old was arrested and charged on July 21, while the 27-year-old was arrested and charged on July 15.
The 28-year-old was bailed to appear before Yass Local Court on August 4 and the 27-year-old will appear before Yass Local Court on September 9.
A bullmastiff/staffy cross dog was stolen from a property on Demestre Street between 11 and 11.40pm on Friday July 24.
The animal was only recently purchased by the owners and it is brown with a white chest, four white paws and a white line on it's face running from its nose and between its eyes.
It goes by the name 'Filly' and is worth about $350.
Anyone with information is urged to contact Yass Police.
A 22-year-old Yass woman has been fined for offensive behaviour after she had an altercation with another patron at a local premises recently.
The incident occurred between 1am and 1.30am on Sunday July 19. She was fined $500.
