The woman was driving a white Toyota utility when police pulled her over.
After registering a positive roadside reading she was taken to Yass Police Station where she recorded a reading of 0.110 - mid-range.
Her licence was suspended and she will appear before court in October.
A 62-year-old Victorian man was caught speeding and driving with alcohol in his system near Murrumbateman at 7.40am on August 15.
He was pulled over in a black Holden sedan after he was detected travelling at 85km/h in a 60km/h roadwork zone on the Barton Highway.
When conveyed to Yass Police Station he registered a reading of 0.094 and will appear in Yass Local Court in October.
A 50-year-old man was pulled over on the Lachlan Valley Way when he was detected driving 115km/h in a 100km/h zone.
After failing a breath test he was conveyed to Yass Police Station and recorded a mid-range reading of 0.089.

A 40-year-old man driving a Kenworth prime-mover was caught driving with alcohol in his system at 9pm on Thursday August 20.
He was pulled over on the Hume Highway at Bowning and once taken to the Yass Police Station, he registered a special-range reading of 0.045. He'll also appear at Yass Local Court in October.
An 18-year-old man, holding a P1 licence, was caught driving 137km/h in a 100km/h zone on Friday August 21 at 6.30am.
He was pulled over in a white Holden ute on Sutton Road near Sutton. He was fined $855 and lost five demerit points on his restricted licence.
A 33-year-old Yass man was caught urinating outside a local business at about 2.40am on Sunday August 16. Police fined him $500 for offensive behaviour.
A 39-year-old Cabramatta man driving a green Mazda sedan was pulled over after police noticed his vehicle was displaying stolen registration plates.
The incident occurred on the Barton Highway near Yass at about 9.45pm on Sunday August 16.
The driver was suspended from driving and he was charged with stealing and a number of other traffic offences. He will appear at Yass Local Court in October.
