A 16-year-old Yass girl has been charged with stalk/intimidate, refuse direction to move on, resist police officer and assault police following an incident at a local motel. She was arrested at about 3.45pm on Monday November 9 and taken back to Yass Police Station where she was given conditional bail until December 8.

A 48-year-old woman was charged with refused breath analysis after she was pulled over on Grand Junction Road on November 19 at 6.40pm for an RBT.
The Good Hope woman registered a positive roadside result but when taken to Yass Police Station she was given a number of opportunities to provide a sample but failed to do so.
She will appear in Yass Local Court on December 8.
A 26-year-old Belconnen man will appear before Yass Local Court charged with take and drive without consent of owner, possess implement to enter and drive motor vehicle, goods in custody, driving while disqualified and display unauthorised number plates after an incident at Gundaroo on Friday.
After the driver stopped on Murrumbateman Road at 1.15pm police conducted checks which revealed the red Mitubishi sedan had been reported stolen. Further checks revealed the plates didn't belong to car either. When police spoke to the 26-year-old they also found he was a disqualified driver.
His passenger and co-accused, a 19-year-old man from Watson, will appear in court charged with be carried in conveyance without consent of owner and custody of knife in a public place. He was carrying scissors in the leg pocket of his pants.
A 67-year-old woman from Yass was caught with alcohol in her system after she was pulled over in a Holden Captiva at 10.55pm on Friday.
After a positive roadside result, she registered a mid-range reading of 0.089 when she was taken to Yass Police Station.
She will appear in Yass Local Court on January 14.
A 48-year-old man driving a grey Volkswagon Amarok has been charged with low-range drink driving after he was caught with alcohol in his system at 6.15pm on Friday November 13.
After a positive roadside result he was taken to Yass Police Station where he registered a low-range reading of 0.054. He'll appear in Yass Local Court on December 8.
A 30-year-old Yass man registered a positive illicit drug reading after he was stopped driving on Yass Valley Way at 1.20pm on Thursday November 12. While a breath test was negative an oral swab test returned a positive reading for methylamphetamine. He was taken to Goulburn and another sample was sent for testing. Police are awaiting the results before they will press charges.
A fence was damaged sometime between 5pm on November 15 and 8am on November 16 at a property on Dalton Road in Gunning.
The unknown person/s entered the property, damaged three lines, giving them access to a shearing shed. While they were successful in getting into the shed, nothing was taken.
The offender/s caused around $1000 worth of damage. Anyone with information should contact Yass Police.
