The match quickly turned into a one-man-show as he got little help from his teammates, with the possible exception of Lachlan O'Mara, who scored 27.
After winning the toss and choosing to bat, Bowning managed 8/191 off its allotted overs.
Harden offered some resistance when it was its turn to face the music, but Beau Walker was on fire for the Buffaloes and finished up with figures of 5/21 off nine.
The Harden batsmen did their best to rally, but were eventually all out for 125 after 37 overs.
After winning the toss, the Soldiers Club survived just 33.1 overs before it was all out for 84 against the Golf Club at Harden's turf pitch.
Chris Rawlinson continued his good form for the Snipers, managing the top score of 24 with the bat.
But the Piranha's bowlers were far too good, especially Rob Field who claimed 4/16 off eight overs.
The Golf Club had little trouble reaching the target, especially after Daniel Poidevin got them off to a good start, scoring 46 not out. They lost three wickets in reaching the total in the 30th over.
In the match at Victoria Park, the Pirates demolished the Bookham Bulls.
After winning the toss and deciding to bat, the Royal Hotel side scored 6/233 off its 45 overs.
Nick Pollack was the pick of the batsmen for the Pirates, falling just short of a memorable century on 97. Tom Parr also managed runs for his side.
Marcus Bush was the best of the bowlers for Bookham, taking home figures of 3/39 off nine.
After Bookham's openers fell relatively cheaply, the run chase quickly proved too much.
Andrew Harding (27), Josh Robertson (16) and Marcus Bush (15) all got starts but failed to go on with it and the visitors were all out for 88 in the 31st over.
In the Sweeney Cup Gundaroo suffered its first defeat of the season, after Harden proved too strong.
Harden's captain won the toss and decided to bat and top-order players Chris Hocking (25) and Jeffrey Brown (29) got them off to solid start.
In addition, both Tyler Allen and Marty Smith contributed 18 each to help the Harden total reach 9/143 off the 40 overs.
The best of the Gundaroo bowlers were Jarrad Clarkson and Mitchell Callagher who both managed two wickets.
Gundaroo offered little in response and only Chris Bale stood up, top-scoring on the day with 44. It wasn't enough, though, and the Gunners were rolled for 104.
Harden bowlers Luke Brown, Marty Smith and Jeffrey Brown each took two wickets.
An impressive run-chase meant the Horns overcame the Bushrangers in Binalong on Saturday.
Binalong's batsman faced up first and posted a respected 206 before they were all out.
Nathan Cooke was a thorn in their side, though, and claimed four wickets for the Soldiers Club.
The Horns looked solid from the outset when it was their turn to bat, with Brad Hansen (44) starting things off positively. A 38 from Joe Logue and a standout 64 not out from Ed Ngatai was enough to get them over the line.
After losing the toss Murrumbateman did an outstanding job in restricting the Golf Club Colts to just 74 runs. Wayne McIllhatton and captain Andy Clarke were the pick of the bowlers, taking three wickets each.
McIllhatton then opened the batting and smashed 40 not out to get his side over the line. Mitch Quinn chipped in with 20 not out.
In the other games Dalton lost to Boorowa in Boorowa and the Taipans were too good for the Pirates.
