Folkestone Maxim Asset Management said its Folkestone Maxim A-REIT Securities Fund, managed by Winston Sammut, had had its rating upgraded from 4-Star to 4.25 stars by SQM Research.

"In addition to the team transitioning to the new operating structure, the fund continued to record strong one-year returns following the review in June 2015, on a stand-alone basis but also relative to the peer group, at a time when volatility was elevated in the marketplace," SQM Research said.
