“When intimate images are shared without consent the social and emotional impact on victims can be devastating,” Ms Goward said. “We are seeking input from the community to help establish a 21st Century punishment. The NSW Government is currently considering possible criminal measures to adequately address this concerning and harmful behaviour, and we need community input.”
The NSW Government invites people to respond to the issues raised in the discussion paper by 21 October 2016.
