It includes music by George Palmer and poetry by Kevin Brophy, and is being unveiled at St Mary's Cathedral in Sydney mid-October 2016, then returning home to Rome.
Niké will, however, also be appearing at The Crisp Galleries in Bowning on Sunday, October 31 for Alan Griffiths' world premiere launch of his recent album. You can meet the artist and see an exhibition of her recent pictures currently in Australia on a world tour.
Melbourne composer Alan Griffiths and award winning pianist Evgeny Ukhanov will return to The Crisp Galleries to perform the world premiere of the debut solo piano album Introspection, composed and produced by Griffiths.
Ukrainian-Australian pianist, Evgeny Ukhanov commenced piano studies at the age of 7. Following early competition success, including the Horowitz piano competition in the Ukraine, he came to Australia at the age of fifteen on a piano scholarship in 1998.
In 2000, he was the youngest finalist in the Sydney International Piano Competition and won third prize.
Ukhanov has performed with the Sydney Symphony Orchestra, the Australian Chamber Orchestra, and regularly at the Sydney Opera House, the City Recital Hall, the Melbourne Recital Centre and other capital cities.

A Monopoly vote
The Australian edition of the world’s most popular board game, Monopoly, is about to undergo a face lift and Canberrans are being given a chance to shape history and decide what will go on the board.
The 2017 edition will showcase Australia’s favourite locations from each state or territory – as voted by the public. Together with special Australia-themed tokens, this edition of Monopoly Australia will be a must-have for every fan of the game.
Hasbro Australia, invited each state and territory’s tourism office to nominate five key locations and attractions people know and love and Canberra, Lake Burley Griffin, Floriade, Questacon and the Australian War Memorial are on the list for ACT. But only two or three destinations in each state or territory will make it onto the board and the final selection is being left entirely up to the Australian public.
Voting goes live from November 1. The Australian public will be invited to log on to monopolyaustralia.com.au where they’ll be able to vote for their favourite locations and attractions, casting one vote, per state and territory, per day.

- ACT: Lake Burley Griffin, Canberra, Australian War Memorial, Floriade and Questacon.
- New South Wales: Sydney Harbour, Byron Bay, Orange, Coffs Harbour and Lord Howe Island.
