Quartet wins by three

Daniel Poidevin, Lachlan Kemp, Callum Kemp and Iain Kemp won the 18 Holes Four-Person Ambrose event on Saturday, February 11.

The quartet scored 56, beating runner-ups Aaron Williams, Michael Coggan, Nathan White and Malcolm White by three shots.

Nett winners were Eddie Stanford, Jamie Stanford, Sue Stanford and Kym Butler on 53. Runner-ups went to Paul Matthews, Sheralee Sheedy, Graham Fleming and William Mackay 53.25.

Winners of Sunday events

Meanwhile on Sunday, February 12, Wayne Wilson won the Super Sunday Stroke.

In the Business House A grade, Nic Carmody won with 31 nett. B Grade went to Rob Pollack with 28 nett while Kim Turner won C Grade with 28 nett.

In the Elders, Turner’s Nursery and Davis Faulkner continue to lead the way in the respective grades.

In the Mid Week competition, Kevin Mann and Brian Brooker both finished on 22 points; however, Mann was declared victor on a countback.

All four pennant teams were successful, taking them all to the top of the table.

In Dad’s Army, Doug Oldfield scored 19 points for victory.
