The Sydney Scorpions continued their dominance from last year, going undefeated on day one to score 77 points and securing the championship (second in as many years) by one point over Hunter Western Hornets. Sydney Mets followed with 54 points in third, then Sydney Rebels (54 points), with Northern Eagles last at six points.
