Sales consultant Graham Bush at Independent Property, who listed the building, said it has been sold to a developer in NSW.

Mr Bush emphasised that the purchase transaction is still in the finalisation process and that development would need to go through Yass Valley Council.

No development applications have been submitted yet to the council.

“There’s been no contact at this stage but no doubt they will be once the property purchase has settled,” the council’s director of planning Chris Berry said.
