A 22-year-old male driver was stopped for travelling at 151km/h on the Hume Highway at Jugiong at 7.50am on Friday, November 24.

The Gundagai Highway Patrol issued the driver, a P2-licence holder, a $2384 infringement for the speed offence (51km/h more than his speed limit).
The driver was also travelling in the right-hand lane when not overtaking and was not displaying his green P plates as required.
His licence was suspended on the spot for six months.
He was also issued infringements in relation to not correctly displaying P plates, travelling in the right-hand lane and for failing to change his address on his licence within 14 days.
