A warning for graziers that lambs and sheep could be lost in the next couple of days due to weather in Southern Tablelands has been issued by the Bureau of Meteorology (BOM).

The warning is for Wednesday and Thursday, October 10-11.
“Sheep graziers are warned that cold temperatures, showers and easterly winds are expected during Wednesday and Thursday,” the department said on Wednesday morning.
“There is a risk of losses of lambs and sheep exposed to these conditions.”
The warning is also extended to those in the Northern Tablelands, Central Tablelands and Snowy Mountains.
