There was many a fine score that came in after a great day for golf, but none was to better the early starter of Ray McDonald’s 60 nett from the C-grade 22 handicapper.
Others that were close also came out of the C-grade, being Ron Hardy and Matthew Auld who shot 62 netts. In the A-grade, Adam Danilczak had 72-11-63 to get the prize, while in the B-grade Michael Walker was still in good form from the Championships to get the money with 84-19-65. On Sunday the scores were hot once again with Blake Partridge blowing everyone away with 45 points and Peter Doyle was unlucky not to take the win with 42 points that you’d think would win any day. The Turners Nursery Mixed 4BBB Championships is nearing and any player that requires a partner please mention it to Kirk or Nev, and they will do their best to sort one for you.

The Dad's Army troops had a morning that was a little undecided as to whether it would shower or not, but fortunately all were able to finish without getting wet. Merv ‘Without the Swerve’ Wright was the player to catch as his card had 20 points on it at the end of the day. Jack Wales with 18 points and Lindsay Evans and Barry Topple with 17 points each picked up the balls that were on offer for the day.
