Home Care Support Worker

We are looking for Carers to work with our clients in Orange and surrounding areas of New South Wales.

The successful Carers will ideally based in or have ready access to transport to work in and around the Orange area and be compassionate to provide a high quality of care delivered by commitment and dedication.

Your responsibilities:

• Understand and implement the Clinical Care Plan
• Personal care such as assistance with toilet, showering, dressing, grooming, hygiene and medication assistance
• Domestic duties include preparing meals, housekeeping, companionship and ensuring a safe environment for our clients
• Connecting with clients and families and delivering a high quality of personalised care and companion care, building strong relationships with our clients

Your requirements:

• Good Communication both verbal and written
• Experience & knowledge in the use of Hoists and Care equipment.
• Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent Industry experience in a similar role
• Have a current Police Check - Required
• NDIS Worker Check - Required
• Smart Mobile Phone
• Drivers licence and car - Desirable

Salary: $29.00 – $31.00 per hour (Casual Ordinary Hours - Hourly rates of pay are higher on weekends, public holidays & evenings)
