The Job;

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day operations of your business, manage your stock and develop your team to allow you to deliver an outstanding customer experience. 

• Lead, inspire, drive results in an entrepreneurial fashion - you have complete autonomy!
• Create and maintain a great store culture around customer engagement 
• Solution focused and autonomous role
• Strong team player with a can do approach 
• Understand the local market and grow the brand 
• Full accountability of store standards, team development and results

• Store management retail experience 
• Ability to drive culture and team development, build strong rapport with local customers
• Inspirational and energetic leadership style
• Proven success in driving store results
• Capable to identify growth opportunities
