It was a win by just under two shots from Luke Corcoran, Lyn Corcoran, Monica Field and Sam Porter’s 50.37.
Thanks go to all who played it was fantastic to see such a great field. On Sunday, Kim Mason came in with a splendid 69 nett to win this month’s Super Sunday prize.
The pennants kick off once again after a break, with the A Reserves side travelling to Fairbairn to take on Gold Creek. The B Scratch side takes on Murrumbidgee, while the Handicap side start their season taking on Capital at home. The Encourage side also starts this Sunday against Yowani at Yowani.
A regular player that has his name mentioned many a time in this report, Bernie Puckett, gets a special mention this week as he has broken his age last Tuesday with a 70 off the sticks. Well done Bernie keep up the good golf.

Dad’s Army February 14
Yet another wonderful day for the Thursday morning Dad's Army competition, with 15 troops hitting the fairways. John ‘The Rye Park Connection’ Bewick was the player that all were trying to catch, but his fine round of 20 points was enough to take the money and, although Merv Wright and Jack Wales with 19 points each tried hard, they had to settle for a ball. Peter Boutcher (18 points) and Joe Morrisey (17 points ocb) also collected balls. The scoring range this week went from 20 down to 14 points.
In the Business House Competition last week Dad's Army picked up six points for a win in their division and this week they have put together 124 points.
