Life changing grants program keeps young people out of aged care

Thanks to the generous support of GIO, $250,000 is currently available for people aged 18 - 65 in NSW/ACT who require specialised equipment, support, or home modifications to reduce the risk of moving into aged care, as part of Youngcare’s At Home Care Grants program.
