The Yass Rural Australians for Refugees (YRAR) in conjunction with the pop-up market by Global Sisters and Trader and Co. held their raffle sales and draw on Sunday, December 3.

Who are the Global Sisters?

Global Sisters is a charity that enables Australian women to become financially independent through business and ‘stand tall’.

Global Sisters works with women experiencing socio-economic disadvantage, with a focus on those from refugee, migrant and Indigenous backgrounds.

How often does the pop-up market happen?

The Global Sisters pop-up market has been held three times this year at Trader and Co. Organisers are yet to confirm the next one but hope to host another in the new year.
