A total of 62 licensed venues were checked.

Ten people over both nights were refused entry or ejected from licensed premises.

Of these ten, four were issued a court attendance notice for refusing to leave the premises.

Four people were also dealt with for offensive behaviour. 

Hume LAC Acting Detective Inspector Keith Price told The Post it was disappointing to find three people drink driving in the lead up to Christmas, but added people were generally doing the right thing.
