A driver has been stopped twice within 35 minutes by police for speeding and driving without a licence.

The 24-year-old Bankstown man was first stopped by police about 2.45pm on Sunday, January 7.
Police found him driving at excessive speed and without a licence on the Federal Highway near Collector.
Thirty-five minutes later, police stopped the same driver on the Hume Highway near Goulburn for the same offences.
Police allege the driver threatened police with offensive language and was aggressive when approached the second time.
He was arrested and will appear before the Goulburn Local Court on February 14 for speeding, driving without a licence, using offensive language and intimidating police.
Air ambulance called for weir fall
A 12-year-old boy is in a stable condition in a Sydney hospital after injuring himself at Marsden Weir in Goulburn on Saturday, January 6.
A NSW Ambulance spokesperson said the boy sustained suspected chest and rib injuries.
He believed the boy had either jumped or fallen off rocks at the popular Wollondilly River swimming hole about midday that day.
Paramedics attended the scene, where they boy was airlifted to Westmead Children’s Hospital and remained in a stable condition on Monday.
His parents, who did not wish to be named, thanked emergency services and the hospital staff.
Goulburn Mulwaree Council had previously erected signs at the site that warn of the dangers of people jumping from the rocks into the river.
