Commander's Desk | No innocent bystanders to domestic violence

I had an interesting drive home from work the other day. I was travelling along the street and had to stop the car for a man who was lying down in the middle of the road. As I got out of the vehicle, it became apparent that he was heavily intoxicated and just needed to be helped onto the footpath. I had an elderly gentleman walk over and assist me as I went to pick the man up. As we were doing this, a lady in a car travelling in the opposite direction called out to us to see if we needed a hand.
