What’s going on at Binalong Arts Group?

Thoughts, Rorts and Farming Sorts, Robyn Sykes’ second collection of poems, will be the special feature at Binalong Arts Group’s A Brush with Poetry on Sunday, May 27.

Rising poetry star Victoria McGrath will usher the book and CD into the world.

What will be on offer?

A Brush with Poetry’s usual eclectic mix of styles and genres will also be on offer in the cosy atmosphere of the Black Swan Wine Bar and Gallery, Binalong.

Enjoy metaphors, similes and more. Try coffee, cake and conversation.

Perhaps a musician or two may give us a tune. Who knows? That’s the beauty of it.

Who will be joining?

Guest master of ceremony Colin Campbell will join Binalong Arts Group’s Robyn Sykes to organise the chaos and keep the poetry flowing.

Sunday, May 27 – 1.30pm for 2pm at the corner of Monteagle and Stephen streets, Binalong

Free open mike event, donations appreciated. Light lunch available.
