We are strong advocates for a more compassionate approach to the issue and how we can help refugees locally and nationally. We know there are now 68 million displaced people as a result of war, famine, drought, persecution, and more.
Join us on Sunday October 14, 4pm to 5pm, Boree Log Cottage, 29 Demestre Street, for a gathering to recap what YRAR has been doing over the past 12 months and find out what's coming up. Refreshments provided.
We'll also be collecting for the Socks and Jocks Drive, so bring along a donation of new sock or jocks to go to the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre.
