The longest, Sandra Lippiat, was recognised for 25 years of service, while Sandra O’Donnell was not far behind either, with 20 years.
The gardens are designed for people who need medical or rehabilitative care, restorative care and dementia care, as well as those with mental health needs.
New RSL LifeCare chief executive Laurie Leigh and executive general manager of residential care Wayne O’Connor presented the staff with a badge and framed certificate for their long service.
Everyone was excited to welcome Ms Leigh at the busy morning tea.
She is a new face for many, having joined the aged care charity in September this year.
Ms Leigh’s visit was part of a welcome tour of the 31 RSL LifeCare facilities in NSW and ACT, which also included Linton Village.
