The CanTeen Youth Ambassador from Yass will be cooking with ‘Fast Ed’ and discussing her experience with the charity on the show.
CanTeen supports people aged 12 to 25 living with cancer, whether it’s themselves or a family member.
CanTeen was a huge help for Ms Campbell and her two brothers when their father was diagnosed with stage four lung cancer a few years ago.
For most, the idea of being on camera could be daunting, but not for Ms Campbell.
It was very interesting to learn and discover all the tricks of the trade and [see] behind the scenes.

“Thankfully, due to my training as a Youth Ambassador, I had already experienced some time in front of the camera, which put me at ease,” she said. “And I was very grateful to have a lot of supportive people behind me, [including] my mum.”
Campbell said she was on set for the entire day to film the segment for the show.
“It was very interesting to learn and discover all the tricks of the trade and [see] behind the scenes,” she said.
You’ll find Campbell in front of the TV on Friday night as she eagerly awaits to watch the final show air.
“Like anyone, I’m feeling a mixture of excitement and nerves but overall, I am stoked to be able to represent CanTeen in such an amazing experience,” she said.
Whoever they are and wherever they live, [people] always have support from CanTeen. You are never alone.

“This is the first official opportunity that CanTeen has had on national television since forming over 30 years ago, so I am very proud of my involvement and I am very grateful that I have had the opportunity to spread more awareness for this fantastic organisation.”
Campbell hopes the show will let more young people affected by cancer find out about the organisation.
CanTeen provides counselling, connects young people in a similar situation with one another, and runs activities to provide respite.
“The main idea behind this campaign was to spread more awareness for CanTeen on a national level and to reiterate the fact that all people, whoever they are and wherever they live, always have support from CanTeen. You are never alone,” Campbell said.
Campbell will have the chance to meet Fast Ed again on CanTeen’s National Bandana Day, October 26, at Martin Place, Sydney.
She’ll be there making toasties and chatting with people, and might also appear live on Sunrise.
