International harp soloist Alice Giles AM will perform in the iconic Gunning Court Room on Sunday, March 17.

Giles will play music by J S Bach, Benjamin Britten, Claude Debussy and Carlos Salzedo.
The Australian-born artist has a wide and varied career overseas.
She has performed at Wigmore Hall, in London, Carnegie Hall in New York and on the ice of Antarctica.
Giles was regarded by the Italian composer, Luciano Berio, as the foremost interpreter of his Sequenza II.
As the director of the Seven Harp Ensemble, Giles has commissioned new works by Australian composers and a complete program of solo works for the electro-acoustic harp.
In 2017, she was awarded a Member of the Order of Australia for her significant service to the performing arts and her contribution to Australia’s musical landscape.
The performance is presented by the Gunning Focus Group at the historic Court Room at 2pm, on Sunday, March 17.
Ticket are $30 or concession is $25, and children under 15 are free.
