They've secured country music star and Australian Idol runner-up Luke Dickens who is set to rock the stage at the Binalong Community Club on September 28.
There's nothing like listening to country music by a fire with a good drink and something to eat, and the P&C has arranged a bonfire, bar and barbecue.
This is a family-friendly event and people are invited to camp on the club's grounds. The event kicks-off at 5pm so children can watch the performance and head home after to leave the parents to dance into the night.
A group of students from Binalong Public School have been selected to perform at Schools Spectacular in Sydney in November.
The trip is expected to cost $6000, which the P&C is hoping to raise at the ball. The families of the children going to Schools Spectacular will auction off items on the night to help raise funds.

"We'd like to raise the money so none of the children miss out," Binalong Public School's relieving principal Diane Hickey said.
Another charity will run the barbecue and keep the proceeds and the money from the bar will go to the Community Club.
"This is a fundraiser for the Community Club, school and other charity," Mrs Hickey said.
The dress code is cocktail and there will be a courtesy bus from Yass.
