The free, weekly, five-kilometre course will loop twice around Riverbank Park, starting at the rotunda, heading through the park towards Yass High School and back around in a clockwise direction.
Riverbank parkrun, like all other parkruns, is open to people of all ages and abilities who can choose to walk, jog, run or volunteer.

About 30 per cent of participants walk or jog, rather than run, according to parkrun Australia, so whichever movement you choose, you won't be alone.
The organisers of Riverbank parkrun have held two successful trials of the route and say they are excited to launch on Saturday.
Everyone will need to register at parkrun.com.au and print and show their barcode to volunteers on the morning of the run.

Registration is free and the barcode can be used at any parkrun location across the world to log and track a run.
parkrun was founded in the UK in 2004, by Paul Sinton-Hewitt, and brought to Australia in 2011 by parkrun Australia CEO Tim Oberg.
Today, there are more than 350 parkruns across Australia and they all take place at the same time every Saturday.
parkrun supports and encourages individuals to become more physically active and in doing so, to become healthier and happier.
A Riverbank parkrun organiser, Amanda Miller, has run and volunteered with her children at other parkruns.
"The parkrun community is like nothing else I have experienced," she said.
Another organiser, Toni Neuhaus, said she hopes parkrun will build a healthy and motivated community.
"I like the idea of coming together with other people in Yass who are runners and getting to know them," she said.
Every parkrun finishes when the last person crosses the line and is an informal event, so if participants miss one week, they can join the next or any other time.
