There are 2.5 million people not online in Australia, according to Good Things Foundation Australia.
What's more, four million people in Australia have limited digital skills.
Yass Valley Library coordinator Kimberly Hughes said a lot of local people still don't have access to the internet.
As more services, including government services, move online, Good Things Foundation wants people to move in the same direction so they don't become digitally disadvantaged.
Last year, more than 750 events were held across the country as part of Get Online Week.
Each event gave Australians the opportunity to try one new thing online as a next step to improving their digital skills.
The library in Yass offers free 30 minute digital training sessions every Thursday, from 2-4pm.
All you have to do is book an appointment and let the library staff know what you'd like help with, whether it's surfing the internet via Google or writing a letter with Microsoft Office.
