Yass Public School have been the dominant team for the last three years or so, but on that particular day, Jerrabomberra Public School took out the competition with dominant displays.
Mount Carmel Public School was the other school involved on the day.
Jerrabomberra are now through to the State Final to be played in Sydney on November 18.
The tournament was played in round robin format with each school having a team of eight and Jerrabomberra having two.
Head coach from Spinifex Tennis and organiser of the day Scott Eulenstein said competitions like these help both the sport and the Murrumbateman Tennis Club.
"It's an opportunity for us to grow the sport and to boost participation numbers," Eulenstein said.
"It is good to see tennis taken out of the city and into the regional community.
"It is important for the club to establish weekly participation within the club and to grow facilities in the community."
Eulenstein said the event was fantastic because it builds "on foundations and grows the confidence levels of tennis players".
He said the tournament could not have been possible without the Murrumbateman Tennis Club committee members.
"I would like to acknowledge the efforts of the committee who provided a bbq lunch to all of the students and spectators throughout the day."
The Todd Woodbridge Cup is run in collaboration with Tennis NSW and Tennis ACT.
It is the largest school-based competition in NSW with over 5000 participants.
