The two iconic hotels in Yass were recently bought by Trent Middleton from the Leeton Hotel group.
His sister Hannah Middleton, who will be in a managing role, said that they are happy with the addition of the two hotels in the group.
"Trent Middleton saw the untapped potential in Yass and took the opportunity to enter the market and see what the town has to offer," she said.

Since the sale has come through, the new owners have been in town to "get to know the place and the wonderful locals".
They have plans to turn the place into a hub for the locals.
"We want to turn these places into a key point for the locals and hope to create a place where everyone in town wants to come and enjoy a meal and catch up with their friends and family," Hannah said.
"Once Covid restrictions are lifted, then we would like to regularly hold entertainment events here."
The Royal Hotel is one of the longest continually licensed hotel in Yass and was built and owned by Henry Hart in 1849. The grand building had Henry's name above its main entrance, an early photograph shows.
The Club House hotel has several facilities including 26 fully refurbished rooms, a gaming room, bars, TAB and a shady, relaxing beer garden with regular bands playing.
