Sports equipment including bats and balls was taken from Berinba Primary on Saturday. Police were able to identify the offenders as four young children. The children and their parents have been spoken to by police. One of the group was issued with a youth caution.

Malicious damage to ute
A 19-year-old male had his red Holden ute damaged in the early hours of Sunday when a 16-year-old female threw a bottle an another person but missed, breaking the rear window of the ute. The incident happened in Merriman Drive. Police investigations are continuing.
Number plates stolen
A green Mazda 121 had its number plates stolen and several windows and the windscreen smashed while parked in the camping area of Brindabella National Park. The incident happened at some time between Thursday August 14 and Sunday August 17. Police investigations are continuing.
