The program has been operating for five years, with a Dojos in Murrumbateman, Gungahlin and Bonner. It encourages people of all ages, size and gender to get some exercise.
Brian Wilson, Sempai Brian to his students (Sempai meaning instructor), took over the classes a year ago and hasn't looked back.
"The style is a form of self defence martial arts, incorporating karate, jujitsu, kickboxing, wrestling and boxing."
The class is all about self defence street fighting that promotes anti-bullying, encouraging confidence, self-esteem, structure, discipline and social skills.
This type of martial arts began in Adelaide with professor Steve Miranda formulating the style 20 years ago.
There are now 36 kids in the local area attending classes and 11 seniors, the classes are designed to promote practical skills and be family-orientated.
"We now have two junior classes and a senior class, kids as young as four come along."
Brian is very proud of his Dojo, as three of the four NKA black belts in NSW and ACT train there.
"We get a lot of support from the community, with the Lions club supplying us with some of our equipment. We try to give something back in return by helping out at the Murrumbateman Field Days."
With demand for classes increasing, Sempai Brian is training black belt Andreas Fisher to be a trainer, to expand the number of classes and locations to satisfy the community.
