Mr Dodds said he's willing to keep the place open later and also present live music which would start this Friday from 7pm.
RAPT, a group from Sydney who were recently in town for the Turning Wave Festival, will be the first cab off the rank after Kim Nelson helped lure them back to town for a CD launch. Mr Nelson was helping them with CD cover art and the group were happy to come to the area and perform.
Mr Dodds wants a wide variety of music in his cafe and living in a town like Yass, he has no doubt his wish will be granted.
"I'm hoping to get a variety of music from outside Yass with more original songs on offer.
"But I also love good local music so I want that sort of stuff to feature as well."
Andrew is also keen to install a record turn-table so people can bring in their own records and play them. A sort of vintage karaoke machine. That could start up within the next three weeks.
Thyme to Taste offers fresh food and produce, including delicious cheese platters, pies, pasties and sausage rolls, fresh oils and dressings, and much more.
Thyme to Taste is located at 60 Comur Street.
