Students go to Rio via Skype hook up

There was excitement aplenty in the 4-year-old preschool room last week when students Skyped Amelia Thornley’s uncle Tony Bond, who has been working in the Olympic Village as a soft tissue therapist.

Students sent their Olympic themed artwork to Tony and he proudly showed one of them off during the hook-up.

Tony was also on hand to answer their wild and wonderful questions about the 2016 Rio Olympic Games.
