Primary votes secured former Councillors Rowena Abbey, Jasmin Jones, and Geoff Frost, with the addition of newcomer Alison Harker to council.
Following preference distribution, former Councillors Cecil Burgess and Michael McManus have gained a position on council for another four years.
Mike Reid, Nathan Furry and Kim Turner will make up the nine representatives.
