The event was a fundraiser – run across the nation – for Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) to support families of seriously ill children.
It has been running for more than 25 years.
Who attended?
As well as customers and staff members, local musician Jess Keating (also host of the ‘The Little Guy’ radio show) provided music on the day.
The Yass Fire Brigade and Yass Police also dropped by with their vehicles for children to have fun in.
How much was raised?
The total raised on the day at the Yass site was $2170, with every cent going to RMHC.
In 2016, the event across Australia raised more than $3.95 million to support families.
Event organisers thanked all those who contributed.
