A string of fresh break and enter charges have been added to the two men who allegedly fired shots at police during a dramatic pursuit through southern NSW late last year.

The 23-year-olds - Kane McDowell, of Rossi St, Yass and Timothy Ronald Clynch, of Bungo Place, Eden appeared via audio-visual link in Goulburn Local Court on Wednesday.
They both faced 11 break and enter charges.
Police facts tendered in the court alledge that between 12 noon on December 6 and 5.40pm on December 10 last year, Clynch and McDowell attended 628 Kaveney’s Rd Jeir. Here they allegedly forced entry into a shipping container and removed an 80CC Jianshee motorcycle and some fuel.
Between 4pm on December 9 and 9am on December 10, the pair allegedly attended a property at 478 Dicks Creek Road, Murrumbateman and forced entry into a house and a number of sheds and removed hand-held power tools and assorted ammunition.
Between 5am and 5.30am on December 10, the pair allegedly broke into Bailey’s Garage in Yass St, Gunning by smashing the front glass door. Here they allegedly removed a cash register containing $500.
At about 5am on December 10 the pair allegedly attended the Metro Service Station in Yass St, Gunning and allegedly have forced entry into two shipping containers at the rear of the premises before they allegedly removed bolt cutters, a blower vac and a number of security cameras.
Between 6.40am and 8.20am on December 6, the pair attended 1454 Murrumbateman Rd, Gundaroo and allegedly forced entry into a house and a number of sheds. Here they allegedly removed petrol, wedding and engagement rings, a broach and five firearms.
Between 8pm on December 4 and 9am on December 6, the pair allegedly attended 17 Rose St, Murrumbateman and forced entry into a shop. Here they allegedly removed $200 cash.
Between 5pm on December 4 and 6am on December 7, the pair allegedly attended 214 Kaveney’s Rd, Jeir and forced entry into a house. Here they allegedly removed a petrol plate compactor, Honda lawn mower, a laser level and tripod, Playstation 4, Xbox 360, socket set phone charger, ratchet straps, truck tools and a mig welder.
These charges are in addition to charges that were laid against them last year when on December 13 they were allegedly involved in a 102 km police pursuit in a stolen vehicle from Gundagai to Yass, during which shots were fired from a 20-gauge shotgun that hot the police car.
The vehicle was allegedly stopped by police spikes near a service centre at about 3.40am.
Then, police allege the pair forced the driver of a Ford Falcon and a 14-year-old boy out of the vehicle at gunpoint.
Both men were arrested soon after and taken to Yass Police Station and charged.
In addition to the above fresh charges, McDowell has not entered pleas to aggravated break and enter, be carried in conveyance without consent of the owner, shooting with intent to murder, assault occasioning bodily harm, resisting arrest, possessing a prohibited firearm, using an offensive weapon to prevent lawful detention and assault with intent to take a motor vehicle.
Clynch also has not enter pleas to aggravated break and enter, stealing a car, shooting with intent to murder, assault occasioning bodily harm, resisting arrest, possessing a prohibited firearm, using an offensive weapon to prevent lawful detention and assault with intent to take a motor vehicle.
Clynch and McDowell’s cases were adjourned to Goulburn Local Court on April 13.
