While around 200 bowlers will showcase their skills at the Adele Street venue, there’s a handful that will demand most of the attention among local supporters.
The club’s Number 4 outfit squares off with Forrest Bowling Club with an ACT Pennant on the line.
The hosts finished the regular season as minor premiers and qualified for the weekend’s decider with a victory on home soil last Saturday.
Unfortunately, they won't be joined by club colleagues and friends, the Number 1 Pennant side, who bowed out of contention prior to finals.
Action is set to commence from 9.30am, with the Number 4s pencilled in for the morning session.
With some 200 of the region’s craftiest bowlers (and biggest drinkers) in town, the fixture promises to be financially satisfying for the Club and entertaining for its members.
