Over the year the camaraderie between the two teams is something to behold and, while they take no prisoners, the manner in which the two teams play the game is something that should be commended.
The girls wore Pink socks to celebrate Pink Sock day and the Referees pick for Man of the Match would receive a Pink Football donated by the Ngunnawal Aboriginal Corporation.
Shannon Wright was again prominent and received plenty of rough treatment from the opposition. Wright scorred the under 18’s team three points throughout the game.
Sarah Robertson, until injured, played a terrific game and was a tremendous addition to the field. She received the two points while Genna Elliot was in the thick of things again to collect a point.
The referee chose Maddison Douven as the Man of the Match and she was awarded the prestigious Pink ball after the game.
