Approximately 35 children aged between 4 and 10 years enjoyed participating in the Spring school holidays tennis clinic held in Yass from Monday September 26 - Wednesday September 28.
Scott Eulenstein, lead coordinator and Tennis Australia junior-development coach, said the clinic was aimed at introducing the game of tennis to the children while building their skill set ahead of the summer tennis season.
“It’s an introduction to tennis with game play and skills and a pathway to tournaments and competition,” he said.
“We hope to boost participation numbers leading into Term 4.”
Scott will be coaching tennis lessons at the Hume Tennis Club on Mondays to Thursdays during Term 4.
