The news, which was conveyed by a representative from the office of MP Angus Taylor, was received by the Tribune on Thursday evening.
The tower will now provide a “fast” and “reliable” broadband connection to 330 premises in the area.
It was also reported that the nbn has corrected previous issues with spectrum interference, so that the towers may work in cohesion with one another and not interrupt the signal.
The interference was discovered partway through the design process of the site, but it has now been resolved.
The nbn website will reflect the change as of today. For more information, visit the nbn website.
